Martin Campbell, director of GOLDENEYE and CASINO ROYALE, didn't blink an eye before criticizing Marc Forster's QUANTUM OF SOLACE, the last film in the Bond series, that had a lukewarm recepcion by historic Bond fans in 2008.
When asked by CraveOnline about the 22nd Bond film during the press rounds of his latest project, THE GREEN LANTERN, the New Zealand born director said the film was "lousy."
"I just thought the story was pretty uninteresting. I didn't think the action was related to the characters. I just thought overall it was a bit of a mess really", said Campbell, who also backed Sam Mendes choice to direct the 23rd Bond film starring Daniel Craig, and set to release on October 26th, 2012.
