SKYFALL ASIAN BANNER - A slight reminisence to the 007 silohuettes in Gardner's novels?

The Facebook fan page Skyfall France has found a banner version of the American standee that was seen on cinemas some months ago. It shows Bond behind the black-and-white 007 motif, taking a shot in the floor, much in the style of the silohuettes in the pocket US edition of the John Gardner novels and ads (see here, courtesy of The Book Bond).
